Underclass Programs Dos and Don'ts

Over the past several years, photographers have increased the number of packages and products they offer in their Underclass program. Please review our dos and don'ts on what you can and cannot offer your clients.

  • Try not to offer too many packages in a program. The ideal amount is between 5 and 9. Too many package choices confuse the consumer and might lead to no order at all.
  • Print sizes range from mini wallets to 10x13. 11x14 prints and larger are not available as part of the Underclass program. You can make them available as reorders.
  • You can only select one design for each specialty product in a program. We can't stress this enough!
  • Packages consist of either full units & ½ units… ¼ units such as 2 wallets or 4 minis are not available.
