Miscellaneous Things that Delay Jobs

If you are providing Century Color with inserts to be packaged with each student's order be sure we have them ahead of time. Many jobs are delayed because the lab is waiting for inserts to come in.

At times we receive the class photo several days to weeks later after the individual photos. Our packagers can't start packaging the individuals until we have the class photos as well. Please try to submit both individual & class photos at the same time.

Please submit your job prior to FTP'ing your images to obtain an order number.

Using Coffee Cup Free FTP:

Open Century's FTP/To Lab folder and create a folder named your order number. Double click to open this folder. Click on the folder you wish to FTP from the left (001, 002, etc) and then click the "Upload" button on the top of the main window.

You will see a status bar on the bottom as well as a "Transfer Activity" window that will open up and show when your transfer is complete.

When you send your images make sure they are all submitted in the vertical position… even if they have been photographed horizontally. Class shots, small groups and sibling shots need to be rotated to the vertical orientation.
