There are two types of CDs that may be requested by your school clients, Yearbook Exports or Administrative Exports There are several different yearbook companies and hundreds of software companies that offer administrative exports

Century Color can produce any version of a Yearbook or Administrative Exports needed; all we need is the name of the Yearbook Company or administrative software. You do not need to provide specs (file size, file ext., crop size, etc.), the exports are preset to meet the requirements.

Yearbook Exports should only be ordered with the retakes for each school unless the school specifically asks for it with the first shoot or if there is no retake scheduled. We automatically merge the 1^st shoot and the retake shoot for each school, deleting any duplicates prior to producing the final export.

School administrative Exports are usually ordered on both the original and retake shoots, but this determined by your contract with each school.

We will place your export on Century’s FTP for easy download by your studio. A CD of the export is available if requested.
