Data Entry Guidelines
Centry Color offers Underclass photographers data entry services. Pricing is as follows:

| Camera Cards are printed on 8 up perforated sheets of card stock. They are separated and rubber banded by your choice of class, grade or homeroom. | |
| Printing of 30 up sheets of labels | $2.00 per sheet |
| Data entry of student/staff information from database | $0.55 per image |
| Data entry of student/staff information from hand written camera cards | $0.60 per image |
In order to keep the price as competitive as possible and the turnaround as fast as possible we have the following guidelines:
- Data entry must be from a school supplied database…no jobs that need ALL manual data entry will be accepted
- The database from the school must be an Excel spreadsheet
- Students first and last names must be in separate columns…grade and student ID should also be supplied. Preview the database before sending it to Century Color to make sure all the information needed to fulfil your contract obligations has been included.
- If the staff is to be photographed, a separate staff database must be supplied at the same time as the student database
- Century Color does not offer cropping or pick best as part of the data entry service. Cropping of every image can be provided at a cost of $0.25 per image
- If money envelopes are supplied for data entry where Century Color staff must determine what is being ordered, an additional $0.10 per image will be charged
